Eddycrest offers door-to-door free shipping for Canada & the USA for all provincial and state major routes. The shipping is included for the continuous 48 mainland states. Please make sure to provide your complete shipping information when ordering. If ordering from Alaska, Hawaii or outside of Canada and the US please contact us at hello@eddycrest.com directly to inquire about specific shipping costs to your area.
When shipping to the USA: The CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) requires orders over $2499 USD to provide a US Tax ID (EIN or SSN) for customs purposes. Once your order is ready to ship we will reach out to obtain this information required for your shipments commercial invoice. For international shipments Eddycrest goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience seamless and hassle-free. We cover all brokerage fees associated with the shipment of your furniture, ensuring a transparent and straightforward process. However, it's important to note that, on occasion, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection may impose local taxes at the final destination where your furniture will be delivered. While we strive to minimize any additional costs, these local taxes are beyond our control and are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please note Eddycrest products are also available for pick-up from our Woodstock, Ontario shop. It is a great option for those in and around South-western Ontario who want to see a beautiful part of the Province. Please place your orders ahead of time, we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up and we can arrange a pick up date/time. Feel free to ask us about some seasonal travel must sees. Eddycrest is conveniently located just over two hours from Buffalo and Detroit and just over an hour from the Greater Toronto Area.
We use commercial delivery through some of the major third party shipping companies (ie, Fedex, Purolator, YRC, Day Ross...). Once you have received your furniture please ensure all packages are in good condition prior to signing the delivery slip from the shipping company. If there are any issues with your shipping please call us immediately and we will help address the issues.
