Shipping information for Eddycrest furniture
Eddycrest offers door-to-door shipping. Shipping costs are included in the pricing for all provincial major routes, remote areas may incur additional charges. Please make sure to provide your complete shipping information when ordering. If there are any significant exclusions we will contact you upon reviewing your order.
Once you have received your furniture please ensure all packages are in good condition prior to signing the delivery slip from the shipping company. If there are damages to the packaging or the furniture please address your concerns to the delivery person and make a note of it by photos prior to opening. In extreme cases of obvious mishandling or damage, you may refuse the order. Please contact Eddycrest by email with the attached photos of any damage to the packaging and/or furniture.
If ordering from outside of Canada please contact Eddycrest directly to inquire about pricing. US orders will be subject to additional fees due to brokerage and handling. Please note Eddycrest products are available for pick-up from our Woodstock shop on the family farm (also home to Country Patchworks Fabrics and Quilts). It is a great option for those in and around South-western Ontario who want to see a beautiful part of the Province. Please place your orders ahead of time and feel free to ask about some seasonal travel hotspots. Eddycrest is conveniently located just over 2 hours from Buffalo and Detroit.
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Please contact Eddycrest to begin the return process. All items are to be in the original saleable condition and undamaged packaging. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. The order will be refunded to the customer upon receiving the returned items.
NOTE - Please use the provided dimensions of the furniture to ensure the item will fit your desired location in your home.
